Wyndham Garden Guadalajara Acueducto Hotel Zapopan, Zapopan

The hotel's location is excellent, close to various businesses in the upscale part of town. The room was clean and well-equipped, although small. The service was attentive and friendly, except for a minor hiccup at check-in. The dining experience was subpar, with cold and poorly presented dishes. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, just a few steps from Andares Mall and close to several restaurants, it was quite noisy being on the busiest side of the building and didn't offer any views. The service was a bit of a hit and miss - some staff members were unapologetic and nearly shouting with music, while others like Fabiola, Hector, Vanessa, Pedro, and Giovina made our stay enjoyable with their clean rooms and good breakfast service at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the dining experience was really bad, the worst of the stay, and an immediate pass for my wife and me. Despite these flaws, the hotel did offer a great location for those looking for a lively atmosphere.
